רוֹקֵן(denom. of רַיקָן; cmp. דַּאֲבָן denom. of דַּאֲבוֹנָא) to empty, drain. Lev. R. s. 24 (ref. to להצילך, Deut. 23:15) לרוֹקֵן כל נכסיוכ׳ to drain all the stores of the nations and give them to thee.V. רִיקֵן. Nithpa. נִתְרוֹקֵן, נִיתְ׳ to be emptied, be transmitted. Gen. R. s. 84 (ref. to Gen. 37:24) נ׳ בורו של יעקב Jacobs well was emptied (his children were bare of virtues).
